Effective date: June 10, 2026. These terms summarize the expected use of Fillgrade, Predrop, and paid subscriptions sold through LemonSqueezy.
Products
Speculatoor Tools sells local-first software products for measurement and operations. Fillgrade helps analyze execution quality. Predrop helps audit public wallet footprints before airdrop snapshots. Neither product is financial, legal, tax, compliance, or investment advice.
Subscriptions and license keys
- Paid tiers are monthly subscriptions processed by LemonSqueezy.
- Paid functionality is unlocked with license keys tied to active subscriptions.
- License validation requires intermittent online checks and includes a 7-day offline grace period.
- If a subscription expires or a key is invalid, paid features can degrade to the Free tier while local data remains readable.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the software, how you configure external RPC or market-data providers, and whether your use complies with laws, venue rules, project rules, and internal policies that apply to you.
Refunds and cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled through LemonSqueezy. For refund requests or billing help, use the support contacts listed on the support page and include the relevant LemonSqueezy receipt context.
No guarantee of outcomes
Fillgrade cannot guarantee trading profitability or execution quality from any venue or strategy. Predrop cannot guarantee airdrop eligibility, airdrop value, or that a project will use any specific sybil filter. The tools are decision-support software, not an outcome guarantee.
Support boundary
Support can help with installation, licensing, usage, and software defects. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, exchange API secrets, or raw sensitive datasets through ordinary support channels.
